Content from the accounts you connect. To show your conversations in one place, Lumibox stores the emails, messages, attachments and contact details from the email and messaging accounts you choose to connect.

• Device type, browser and operating system

• App performance data and crash diagnostics

• Settings you choose inside Lumibox

2. How We Use Your Information

• Show your messages from all connected accounts in one inbox

3. How Lumibox Uses AI

Lumibox uses AI to read, sort and summarise your messages so the important ones come first. This processing is done only to provide the service to you.

AI in Lumibox never sends, deletes or moves your messages on its own. Anything that leaves your account is sent by you.

4. What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your data

• We do not show ads based on your messages

• We do not share your messages with other Lumibox users

• Our staff do not read your messages, unless you ask us for help with a specific conversation or the law requires it

5. Legal Basis for Processing
